摘  要:由于短道速滑赛服对其所用面料防护性和舒适性的要求逐步提高,开发一种轻质且兼具良好强度与弹力的高性能纱线以用于其面料织造势在必行。以超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)连续长丝为鞘纱,氨纶长丝为芯纱,进行超强高弹包芯纱的纺制,通过显微镜和Instron探究了捻度和预牵伸倍数对包芯纱外观形貌、拉伸断裂强力和定伸长弹性回复性能的影响。结果表明:鞘纱的包覆作用和芯纱的拉伸作用共同决定了成纱的外观品质;拉伸断裂强力损失随鞘纱细度增加而增大;捻度在550~600 t/m时,鞘纱UHMWPE能够形成良好的包覆效果且强力损失在20.47%以内;由于UHMWPE刚性较大,限制了氨纶芯丝的拉伸和回复,包芯纱的弹性回复性能随预牵伸倍数的增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势,并在3.80处获得最大弹性回复率93.22%。With the increasing demands on protection and comfort of short track speed skating suits,it is imperative to develop a kind of high-performance yarn with lightweight,high strength and elasticity.The study used UHMWPE continuous filament as the sheath yarn and spandex filament as the core yarn to fabricate high-strength elastic core-spun yarns.The influence of twist and pre-drafting ratio on appearance,tensile strength,and elastic recovery per-formance at a constant elongation of fabricated core-spun yarn were investigated by microscope and Instron.The re-sults show that the wrapping of the sheath yarns and the stretching of the core yarns collaboratively determine the appearance of fabricated core-spun yarns.And the loss of tensile strength increases positively with the fineness of the sheath yarns.A satisfied appearance of wrapping can be achieved by sheath yarns at 550~600 t/m,and the strength loss is lower than 20.47%.As the stretching and recovery of spandex filaments are restricted by the high rigidity of UHMWPE,the elastic recovery performance of fabricated core-spun yarns firstly increases and then de-creases,and the maximum elastic recovery rate is 93.22%when the pre-drafting ratio is 3.80.
