摘 要:为开发具备良好加热性能的加热元件,采用轻薄柔软、高导电率的碳纳米管膜(CNTs-F)为基底制备碳纳米管膜加热元件(CNTs-HE),探究CNTs-F的长宽比和面积变化对其加热性能的影响,测试CNTs-HE的加热性能、电阻稳定性和力学性能。结果表明:CNTs-F的最大平衡温度与长宽比呈现高度线性负相关,面积变化也影响其最大平衡温度。CNTs-HE具有良好的升温特性和表面温度均匀性,在5 V电压下可快速升温至64℃,温差变化率为5.9%,且最大平衡温度与电压呈高度线性相关;此外,CNTs-HE还具有优异的电阻稳定性和力学性能。In order to develop heating elements with good heating performance,carbon nanotube film heating ele-ments(CNTS-HE)were prepared by using thin,soft and high conductivity carbon nanotube film(CNTS-F)as the substrate.The influence of aspect ratio and area change of CNTS-F on the heating performance of CNTS-He was in-vestigated,and the heating performance,resistance stability and mechanical properties of CNTS-He were tested.The results show that the equilibrium temperature of CNTS-F has a highly linear negative correlation with the aspect ratio,and the area variation also affects the maximum equilibrium temperature.CNTS-HE has good heating charac-teristics and surface temperature uniformity.It can be rapidly heated up to 64℃ at 5 V with a temperature differ-ence rate of 5.9%,and the maximum equilibrium temperature is highly and linearly correlated with voltage.In ad-dition,CNTS-HE also has excellent resistance stability and mechanical properties.
