摘  要:目的评价碳酸氢钠-连二亚硫酸钠还原法对敌草快(diquat,DQ)和百草枯(paraquat,PQ)中毒快速检测评估的可靠性及临床意义。方法采用高效液相色谱法验证血清敌草快、百草枯浓度,确定其准确性。通过体外配制不同浓度敌草快及百草枯中毒患者的血液样本,以及采用敌草快、百草枯灌胃构建中毒动物模型,运用碳酸氢钠-连二亚硫酸钠还原法观察其颜色变化,并得到标准图谱。结果在碳酸氢钠-连二亚硫酸钠的还原作用下,不同浓度敌草快和百草枯的血清标本呈现出不同的颜色,颜色深度与毒物浓度密切相关,且以中毒后1 h最明显。结论碳酸氢钠-连二亚硫酸钠还原法对早期快速、有效鉴别敌草快与百草枯具有重要的临床意义。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and clinical value of sodium bicarbonate-sodium dithionite reduction in the detection of diquat(DQ)and paraquat(PQ)poisoning.Methods When the detection of diquat and paraquat in human plasma by the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was carried out,the precision for diquat and paraquat concentration were well defined.The serum samples of the patients with different degrees of diquat and paraquat poisoning were prepared in vitro and the diquat and paraquat poisoning animal models were established by gavage to simulate the conditions.According to the reduction reaction of the sodium bicarbonate-sodium dithionite,the color changes were observed,and then the standard pattern was obtained.Results The serum samples of diquat and paraquat with different concentrations showed color differences under the reduction of sodium bicarbonate-sodium dithionite,and the color depth was correlated with the concentration of poison;however,there was only difference in serum color about 1 hour after poisoning.Conclusions Sodium bicarbonate-sodium dithionite reduction reaction has important clinical significance in the early rapid and effective identification of diquat and paraquat.
