摘  要:目的评估三维超声在膀胱内异症诊断中的性能,将其与uro-MRI、膀胱镜检查和术后组织病理学检查的结果进行比较。方法采用回顾性观察性研究,将2017年3月—2020年6月期间我院收治的16例膀胱子宫内膜异位症患者,通过电子病历数据库获得患者年龄、症状、膀胱镜检查、3D超声和MRI检查诊断数据,以及病理学检查结果以进行统计分析。结果病理结果与成像结果不同,经阴道超声(TVUS)检测的病变为(-3.5±6.4)mm,而MRI检测的病变为(-5.75±11.9)mm,影像学和病理学检查结果之间无显著差异(P=0.20),影像学检查结果(TVUS和MRI)之间无显著差异(P=0.73)。与MRI相比,3D超声的准确性略有提高(P=0.08)。结论3D超声比膀胱镜检查更优,并且在膀胱子宫内膜异位症的诊断和术前检查方面与MRI同样有效。Objective To evaluate the performance of 3-dimensional(3 D)ultrasound in the diagnosis of intravesical anomalies,and the results of uro-MRI,cystoscopy and postoperative histopathology were analyzed.Methods A retrospective observational was used to analyze 16 patients with bladder endometriosis admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to June 2020.The patient’s age,symptoms,cystoscopy,3 D ultrasound and MRI diagnosis data,and pathological examination results were obtained by the electronic medical record database for statistical analysis.Results The pathological results were different from those produced by imaging.The lesion detected by transvaginal ultrasound(TVUS)was(-3.5±6.4)mm,while the lesion detected by MRI was(-5.75±11.9)mm.There was no significant difference between the results of the pathological examination and the pathological examination(P=0.20).And the results of the imaging examination(TVUS and MRI)had no significant difference(P=0.73).Compared with MRI,the accuracy of 3 D ultrasound slightly increased(P=0.08).Conclusion 3 D ultrasound is better than cystoscopy and as effective as MRI in the diagnosis and preoperative examination of bladder endometriosis.
