地聚合物EPS保温材料的制备和保温性能研究

摘　　要：价格低廉、防火和保温性能优异的保温材料在建筑节能减排领域中具有非常重要的应用价值。该文制备了以偏高岭土为基料的地聚合物EPS保温材料,为了研究其热物理性能和对房间的保温性能,实验测试了地聚合物EPS保温材料和普通的EPS保温材料的热物性参数,并对外敷两种保温材料外墙房间的传热过程进行数值模拟,研究其保温效果。实验测试结果表明:相较于普通EPS保温材料,地聚合物EPS保温材料在25~65℃温度范围内,其平均导热系数减少0.00343 W/(m·K),平均比热容增加4 J/(kg·K),平均热扩散率增加0.143 mm^(2)/s。数值计算结果表明:外敷地聚合物EPS保温材料的外墙系统房间内温度均匀性、温度稳定性和保温性能均优于外敷普通EPS保温材料的外墙系统房间。Thermal insulation materials with low price,excellent fire proof and thermal insulation performance have very important application value in the field of building energy conservation and emission reduction.In this paper,a geopolymer EPS insulation material based on metakaolin is prepared.In order to study its thermophysical properties and the thermal insulation performance to the room,the thermophysical parameters of geopolymer EPS insulation material and ordinary EPS insulation material are tested experimentally,and the heat transfer process of the outer wall room with two kinds of insulation materials is numerically simulated to study their insulation effect.The experimental results show that compared with the ordinary EPS insulation material,the average thermal conductivity of geoppolymer EPS insulation material decreases by 0.00343 W/(m·K),the average specific heat capacity increases by 4 J/(kg·K),and the average thermal diffusion rate increases by 0.143 mm^(2)/s in the temperature range of 25~65℃.The numerical results show that the temperature uniformity,temperature stability and thermal insulation performance of the external wall system externally applied with geopolymer EPS insulation material are better than that applied with ordinary EPS insulation material.
