摘  要:为研究挖掘机在偏载条件下的铰点受力并对关键结构件进行疲劳寿命试验,设计了一种加载系统实验装置。装置选取斗杆举升工况下的挖掘姿态作为研究对象,并对被试件进行了合理的二力杆简化,基于AEMSim对液压加载系统进行了建模仿真研究,得到了加载系统的阶跃响应特性和20Hz正弦激励信号下的响应特性曲线。结果表明,挖掘机被试件姿态选择具有代表性,液压加载系统能够满足不同加载频率下的系统响应需求,可用于性能试验仿真研究。In order to study the stress on the joints of excavator under asymmetric load and carry out a fatigue life test on the key structural parts,an experimental device of fatigue dynamic loading system of an excavator is designed in this paper.The excavation gesture under the lifting and turning of the arm is selected as the research object,and the experimental device has been simplified as two-force bar,based on AMESim,the model of the hydraulic loading system is simulated,and the step response characteristic of the loading system under 20Hz sinusoidal excitation signal are obtained.The results show the attitude selection of excavator specimens is representative,and the hydraulic loading system can meet the system response requirements under different loading frequencies,which can be used for performance test simulation research.
