摘　　要：为了预防高校实验室安全事故的发生,借鉴风险分级管控与隐患排查治理双体系在其他行业中的建设及运行经验,结合某大学管理部门权责设置及实验室属性等特征,构建了基于风险分级管控与隐患排查治理双重预防机制的高校实验室安全管理体系,并系统阐述了高校实验室双重预防体系的构建流程及持续优化措施。该研究成果对有效预防高校实验室的安全事故具有参考意义。In order to prevent the occurrence of university laboratory safety accidents,by learning from the construction and operation experience of the dual system of risk grading management and control and hidden danger investigation and treatment in other industries,and combined with the rights and responsibilities of the management department of a university,the university laboratory safety management system based on the double prevention mechanism of the risk grading management and control,potential safety hazard investigation and control system has been successfully constructed.It also systematically explains the construction process and continuous optimization design of the dual prevention system.The research results have the reference significance for the effective prevention of safety accidents in university laboratories.
