摘 要:分析车轮磨耗,预测车轮寿命,对降低车辆运营成本具有重要意义。以苏州地铁2号线拖车车轮为例,比较传统方法和数据拟合方法确定磨耗量的差异。数据拟合方法通过窗函数滤掉偶然录入错误数据,用中值滤波器剔除不满足要求的数据,对预处理后的轮径值进行线性拟合,得到轮径与运行里程线性拟合方程,线性拟合方程斜率即车轮磨耗量。传统分析方法采用大约相距1年的2次轮径测量数据,求车轮年平均磨耗,其准确性受2次测量值准确性与测量时间间隔的影响较大,预测车轮寿命偏差较大。数据拟合方法考虑的轮径数据更多,相邻轮径数据时间间隔更短,得出的磨耗量更准确,预测车轮寿命更可靠。Analyzing wheel wear amount and predicting wheel life is of great significance to reduce vehicle operation costs.Taking the trailer wheel of Suzhou Metro Line 2 as an example,the difference between traditional methods and data fitting methods is compared to determine the wheel wear amount.The data fitting method filters out the accidentally entered wrong data through the window function,uses the median filter to eliminate the data that doesnot meet the requirements,performs linear fitting on the preprocessed wheel diameter value,and obtains the linear fitting equation between wheel diameter and running mileage.The slope of the linear fitting equation is the wheel wear amount.The traditional analysis method uses two wheel diameter measurement data about one year apart to calculate the annual average wear amount of the wheel.The accuracy is greatly affected by the accuracy of two measured values and the length of measurement time interval,and the deviation in predicting wheel life is large.The data fitting method considers more wheel diameter data,shorter time interval between adjacent wheel diameter data,more accurate wear amount and more reliable prediction of wheel life.
