摘 要:冷链物流要求低温运输,相比普通物流能耗更大、配送成本更高,合理规划配送路径是节能降本的重要手段。对配送场景的精准刻画是路径规划的基本前提,然而现有的研究均较大程度地简化了配送场景导致所得到的配送成本不实,导致规划的配送路径意义不大。因此,本文基于城市复杂的道路网与实时交通情况,兼顾经济成本与环境成本,以包括车辆运营成本、制冷成本、货损成本、惩罚成本、运输成本和碳排放成本的配送总成本最小为目标函数,构建考虑路网中实时交通的冷链物流路径优化模型,并与不考虑路网中实时交通的模型对比,结果表明本文模型能够有效评估配送成本并合理规划配送路径。Cold chain logistics requires low-temperature transportation.Compared with ordinary logistics,it has more energy consumption and higher distribution costs.Reasonable planning of distribution paths is an important means of saving energy and reducing costs.Meanwhile,accurate characterization of distribution scenarios is the basic premise of path planning.However,existing studies had simplified the distribution scenarios to a large extent,resulting in unrealistic distribution costs,which had made little sense for planned distribution paths.Therefore,based on the city′s complex road network and real-time traffic conditions,taking both economic and environmental costs into account,this paper took the minimum total distribution cost including vehicle operating costs,refrigeration costs,cargo damage costs,penalty costs,transportation costs,and carbon emissions costs as the objective function to construct a cold chain logistics route optimization model that considered real-time traffic in the road network.Compared with the model that did not consider real-time traffic in the road network,this model could effectively evaluate the distribution cost and reasonably plan the distribution path.
