摘 要:以石英、粘土、钾长石为主要原料,根据日用陶瓷坯体中各物相的密度大小,通过提高坯体中低密度物相含量来降低陶瓷的体积密度,设计出轻质日用陶瓷的适宜配方组成,并制备了满足使用要求的轻质日用陶瓷。研究表明,原料粒度、坯体增强剂对材料物理性能和力学性能具有较大的影响。在选定的配方基础上对石英进行预球磨、添加适宜的添加剂,可在烧成温度1 260℃下保温30min时,制备出抗折强度107MPa、体积密度为2.32g/cm;的轻质陶瓷,与传统日用陶瓷的体积密度下降7%~17%,为研究和开发新型绿色环保的轻质日用陶瓷制备提供一条新的技术途径。Based on the density of each phase composition in the body of daily-use ceramics,the suitable formula composition for the lightweight ceramics was designed by increasing the content of low-density phase in the ceramic body,by which the bulk density of ceramics could be effectively reduced.The lightweight daily-use ceramics that met the application requirements were developed successfully using quartz,clay and potassium feldspar as the main raw materials.The results show that the particle size of raw materials and green body reinforcement showed obvious effects on the physical and mechanical properties of the ceramic materials.The lightweight ceramics with flexural strength of 107 MPa and bulk density of 2.32 g/cm;could be prepared at 1 260℃ by pre-milling quartz and adding appropriate additives on the basis of the selected formula.Compared with the traditional daily ceramics,the bulk density decreased by 7%~17%.Such a preparation technology would be expected to provide a new technical way for the research and development of new green and environment-friendly lightweight household ceramics.
