摘 要:我国60%的高速公路使用年限超过8 a,逐步进入养护时期,沥青路面病害多样且成因复杂。以江苏省高速公路为例,对高速公路沥青路面养护现状及决策进行分析。目前,江苏高速公路典型病害为车辙和横向裂缝,同时部分路段也存在抗滑不足的问题,这也是国内众多省份公路养护面临的问题,一般可通过铣刨回填来治理。近年来出现的新技术,如面层就地冷再生、裂缝非开挖注浆、热拌开级配极薄磨耗层,在解决深层位病害、基层松散反射裂缝、路桥隧单车道抗滑不足的问题,有着良好的应用效果。同时,在制定高速公路养护决策树时,应综合考虑路面结构强度、既有路面混合料性能、路面技术状况、路龄影响和在路网中的重要性等因素,科学制定养护方案设计。60%of Chinese high-speed service life exceeds 8 years,and gradually enter the maintenance period.The distress of asphalt pavement are complex and diverse.Taking the highway in Jiangsu Province as an example,the maintenance status and decision-making of the asphalt pavement of the highway are analyzed.At present,the typical distress of Jiangsu expressway are rut and transverse crack.At the same time,some road sections also have insufficient anti-skid problems,which is also a problem faced by highway maintenance in many provinces.This can generally be treated by milling and backfilling measures.In recent years,new technologies such as in-situ cold regeneration of the surface layer,trenchless grouting for cracks,hot mixing and grading of extremely thin wear layers have emerged.It has a good application effect in solving the problems of deep layer diseases,loose reflection cracks in the base layer,and insufficient anti-sliding of single lanes of roads,bridges and tunnels.When formulating the highway maintenance deci⁃sion tree,factors such as the strength of the pavement structure,the performance of the existing pavement mixture,the technical condition of the road,the influence of road age,and the importance of the road network should be comprehen⁃sively considered.This is helpful for scientifically formulating maintenance plan design.
