摘 要:加装辅助电极板的电解水装置呈现工作电场矢量强离散性和耦合性,使得电解水性能和产量不稳定,为此以稳定电场和解耦电场矢量为突破口,进行电解水工艺及性能研究。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件模拟工作电场,提取关键操作参数并分析其对电场分布的影响,实现参数优化,以达到电场可控状态。在此背景下,通过试验对比分析未加钒和加钒催化剂对应的电解效率。结果表明:当影响工作电场的因素逐渐增多,电解效率无法单纯随着操作参数的变化而线性变好,存在临界电压和多个临界操作参数。电场对电解水电解电流的稳定性起到了一定的作用。加钒和未加钒的铂镀层在电场作用下表现出了不同的变化情况,但效果并不明显。The water electrolysis device equipped with auxiliary electrode plates showed the strong interaction and discreteness of the electric field vectors,which made the performance and output of water electrolysis unstable.For this reason,the stable electric field and decoupling electric field vector are used as a breakthrough to conduct re⁃search on the process and performance of water electrolysis.The simulation for the electric field was given by ANSYS finite element analysis software.The key operating parameters were extracted and their influence on electric field dis⁃tribution were analyzed,having good access to realize the parameter optimization and then control the entire electric field.In light of this,the electrolysis efficiency corresponding to the catalyst without vanadium and the catalyst with va⁃nadium was compared and analyzed through experiments.Results showed that as the factors affecting the electric field gradually increased,the water electrolysis quality were not improved linearly with the change of one operating parame⁃ter,and there were critical voltages and multiple critical operating parameters.After that,the electric field played a cer⁃tain role in the stability of the electrolysis current of water electrolysis.The platinum coating with and without vanadi⁃um showed different changes under the action of electric field,but the effect is not obvious.
