摘　　要：本文通过对河南省某三甲医院的知识产权管理现状进行研究,从该医院专利申请及论文发表趋势、专利产出现状、科技产出关键词统计等视角进行详尽分析,从而该医院科研活动成果产出特征和专利产出特征,进而从知识产权制度建设、知识产权管理平台建设、知识产权外联合作、知识产权宣传工作等方面提出了可操作性较强的对策建议。This paper conducts a detailed analysis of the status quo of intellectual property management of a tertiary hospital in our province from the perspectives of patent applications and paper publication trends,patent output sta⁃tus,and key word statistics of scientific and technological output,and then the results of scientific research activities of the hospital are analyzed.Develop characteristics and patent output characteristics,and then put forward more practical countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of intellectual property system construction,intellectual property management platform construction,intellectual property outreach and cooperation,and intellectual property publicity work.
