摘　　要：目的研究不同位置上颌骨囊肿分型及采取鼻内镜下经鼻造袋术的疗效。方法收集9例上颌骨囊肿病例,根据囊肿与鼻中隔、鼻腔外侧壁的关系分为鼻底型、鼻腔外侧壁型、上颌窦型。鼻内镜下根据不同分型分别采用鼻底径路、鼻腔外侧壁径路和鼻泪管前径路行造袋术。结果9例囊肿术后均无复发,无牙痛、流涕等症状。结论鼻内镜下造袋术是治疗上颌骨囊肿的有效方法。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of different marsupialization under transnasal endoscopy in different locations of maxillary cyst.METHODS Ninecases of maxillary cyst were collected and classified according to the relationship between cyst and nasal septum and lateral wall of nasal cavity.According to different types,marsupialization was performed by approach of nasal floor,lateral nasal wall or anterior nasolacrimal duct under nasal endoscopy.RESULTS There was no recurrence,toothache and runny nose.CONCLUSION Marsupialization under transnasal endoscopy is an effective method for the treatment of maxillary cyst.
