摘　　要：车机联控是车务、机务等行车有关人员提示行车安全信息、确认行车要求的互控方式。为满足现场作业实际需求,制定TB/T 30003—2020《铁路车机联控作业》。介绍标准制定背景、制定原则、主要技术内容,以便标准使用者更好地理解和实施TB/T 30003—2020。Train/ground call and response is a mutual control mode for train/ground and other related personnel to prompt driving safety information and confirm driving requirements.In order to meet the actual needs of on-site operation,TB/T 30003—2020 Operation of train/ground call and response is formulated.It introduces the standard formulation background,formulation principles and main technical contents,so that standard users can better understand and implement.
