摘 要:嵌入式连续支承无砟轨道系统采用高分子材料连续支承、弹性锁固钢轨,有别于传统扣件式轨道系统。目前,国内尚无嵌入式轨道系统刚度试验国家标准或行业标准,只能借鉴TB/T 3396.3—2015《高速铁路扣件系统试验方法第3部分:组装静刚度的测定》。为此,中铁检验认证中心有限公司制定CRCC/T 007—2018《嵌入式连续支承无砟轨道系统认证用技术规范》。CRCC/T 007—2018中规定的刚度试验方法为线性拟合法,TB/T 3396.3—2015规定的刚度试验方法为割线法。介绍线性拟合法和割线法试验步骤和原理,对比分析2种试验方法所得嵌入式连续支承无砟轨道系统试样竖向刚度和横向刚度。试验结果表明,线性拟合法与割线法相比,竖向刚度大0.18 kN/mm,相对误差为0.3%;横向刚度大0.94 kN/mm,相对误差为2.7%。试验验证了线性拟合法的可行性和合理性。The embedded continuously supported ballastless track system adopts high polymer continuous support and elastic locking rail,which is different from the traditional fastening track system.At present,there is no national or industrial standard for stiffness test of embedded track system in China,so it is only learnt from TB/T 3396.3—2015 Test methods for fastening systems of high-speed railway-Part 3:Determination of static stiffness for fastening assembly.Therefore,China Railway Test and Certification Center Co.,Ltd.formulated CRCC/T 007—2018 Technical specification for certification of embedded continuously supported ballastless track system.The stiffness test method specified in CRCC/T 007—2018 is linear fitting method,and the stiffness test method specified in TB/T 3396.3—2015 is secant method.The test steps and principles of linear fitting method and secant method are introduced,and the vertical stiffness and transverse stiffness of embedded track system samples obtained by the two test methods are compared and analyzed.The test results show that the vertical stiffness of linear fitting method is 0.18 kN/mm larger than that of secant method,and the relative error is 0.3%;The lateral stiffness is too large by 0.94 kN/mm,and the relative error is 2.7%.The feasibility and rationality of the linear fitting method are verified by experiments.
