除湿化浊丸联合穴位埋线治疗肥胖高脂血症患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析肥胖高脂血症患者给予除湿化浊丸和穴位埋线联合治疗的效果。方法:2019年5月-2020年5月在黑龙江省佳木斯市中医医院诊治的78例肥胖高脂血症患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组给予穴位埋线治疗,观察组给予除湿化浊丸联合穴位埋线治疗。评估两组疗效,对比两组治疗前后血脂四项[血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、人体成分和中医症候指标水平,观察并统计两组不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为100%,明显高于对照组的89.74%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TC、TG和LDL-C较治疗前均下降,且观察组均低于对照组,HDL-C较治疗前均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组人体成分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组体脂肪率、内脏脂肪含量指数、内脏脂肪面积较治疗前均下降,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医症候评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组脘腹胀满、食少纳呆、体倦乏力、便溏腹泻评分较治疗前均下降,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:除湿化浊丸和穴位埋线联合治疗的肥胖高脂血症患者,血脂异常显著缓解,临床疗效明显,体脂肪率、内脏脂肪含量指数等人体成分和中医症候均改善,安全性高。Objective:To analyze the effect of Chushi Huazhuo Pills combined with acupoint catgut embedding in obese patients with hyperlipidemia.Method:A total of 78 obese patients with hyperlipidemia treated in Jiamusi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2020 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,39 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with acupoint catgut embedding,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Chushi Huazhuo Pills combined with acupoint catgut embedding.The curative effects of two groups were evaluated,and the levels of four blood lipids[serum total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)],human body composition and TCM syndrome indexes before and after treatment were compared,the adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and counted.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 89.74%of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C decreased in two groups compared with those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,HDL-C increased in two groups compared with those before treatment,the observation group was higher than that in the control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in human body composition between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the body fat rate,visceral fat content index and visceral fat area decreased in two groups compared with those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in TCM syndrome scores between two groups(P>0.05);after tr
