肝复乐胶囊在乙肝肝硬化腹膜炎患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究肝复乐胶囊在乙肝肝硬化腹膜炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月龙岩市第二医院收治的90例乙肝肝硬化腹膜炎患者为研究对象,将所有患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(常规乙肝肝硬化腹膜炎治疗)和观察组(常规治疗加肝复乐胶囊),每组45例。比较两组总有效率、症状体征(腹泻、腹痛及发热)消失时间、治疗前后的肠黏膜屏障指标、血清炎症因子(白细胞介素及其他炎症因子)。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,腹泻、腹痛及发热消失时间均显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前肠黏膜屏障指标与血清炎症因子比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗2、4周后肠黏膜屏障指标与血清炎症因子均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肝复乐胶囊在乙肝肝硬化腹膜炎患者中的应用效果较好,且可有效控制炎症反应状态,因此在乙肝肝硬化腹膜炎患者中的应用价值相对更高。Objective:To investigate the application effect of Ganfule Capsules in patients with peritonitis of hepatitis B cirrhosis.Method:A total of 90 patients with peritonitis of hepatitis B cirrhosis in Longyan Second Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were chosen as the study objects,and all patients were divided into the control group(routine treatment for peritonitis of hepatitis B cirrhosis)and the observation group(routine treatment and Ganfule Capsules)by the random number table,45 cases in each group.Then the total effective rates,disappearance time of symptoms and signs(diarrhea,abdominal pain and fever),intestinal mucosal barrier indexes,serum inflammatory factors(interleukins and other inflammatory factors)before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the disappearance times of diarrhea,abdominal pain and fever were significantly shorter than those of the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the intestinal mucosal barrier indexes and serum inflammatory factors of two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the intestinal mucosal barrier indexes and serum inflammatory factors of the observation group were all significantly lower than those of the control group after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Ganfule Capsules in patients with peritonitis of hepatitis B cirrhosis is better,and it can effectively control the inflammatory reaction state,so its application value in patients with peritonitis of hepatitis B cirrhosis is relatively higher.
