摘　　要：目的:研究呼吸湿化治疗仪对老年轻中度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者作用效果、健康调查简表(SF-36)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分的影响。方法:将2018年1月10日-2020年10月30日沈阳医学院附属第二医院收治的91例老年轻中度OSAHS患者纳入研究。将其按照电脑随机数字表法分为研究组(n=45)和常规组(n=46)。常规组予以常规鼻导管氧疗干预,研究组则予以呼吸湿化治疗仪干预。分析两组临床疗效、治疗前后SF-36、PSQI评分及血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、正五聚蛋白-3(PTX-3)水平的差异。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于常规组,治疗后SF-36评分均高于常规组,PSQI评分与血清IL-6、PTX-3水平均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸湿化治疗仪对老年轻中度OSAHS患者的作用效果较为理想,可明显改善患者的生活质量与睡眠质量,同时可降低IL-6、PTX-3表达水平。Objective:To study the influence on the effect,health survey summary(SF-36)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score of respiratory humidification therapeutic instrument in elderly patients with mild to moderate OSAHS.Method:A total of 91 senile patients with mild to moderate OSAHS admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College from January 10,2018 to October 30,2020 were included in this study.According to computer random number table,they were divided into the study group(n=45)and the conventional group(n=46).The conventional group was treated with conventional nasal catheter oxygen therapy,while the study group was treated with respiratory humidification therapeutic instrument.The differences in clinical efficacy,SF-36 and PSQI scores,serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and pentamerin 3(PTX-3)before and after treatment between two groups were analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,SF-36 scores after treatment were higher than those in the conventional group,PSQI scores,serum IL-6 and PTX-3 levels after treatment were lower than those of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Respiratory humidification therapeutic instrument has an ideal effect on senile patients with mild to moderate OSAHS,which can significantly improve the quality of life and sleep of patients,and reduce the expression levels of IL-6 and PTX-3.
