摘　　要：本文基于中国科协和国家信息中心近年来在双创示范基地第三方评估和统计监测的工作基础,对国家第一、二批双创示范基地监测数据进行研究,按照双创示范基地类型构建多维评价体系,全方位展现我国双创示范基地建设情况,根据数据体系总结示范基地双创建设成绩和需要继续完善的方面,并提出相关政策建议,力求更好地推动全国双创示范基地的高质量发展。Based on the work of China Association for science and technology and National Information Center in the third-party evaluation and statistical and monitoring of entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration bases in recent years,this paper studies the monitoring data of the first and second batch of national entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration bases,builds a multi-dimensional evaluation system according to the types of demonstration bases,and comprehensively shows the construction situation of national entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration bases.According to the data system,this paper summarizes the achievements and aspects that need to be improved in the ecological construction of entrepreneurship and innovation ecology of the demonstration bases,and puts forward relevant suggestions to better promote the high-quality development of national entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration bases.
