摘  要:如何为高校寻求合适的学习标杆是政府相关部门和各高校密切关注的问题。从微观角度,基于Context-dependent数据包络分析模型,本文研究了教育部直属72所高校办学效率情况,并为各高校寻找学习标杆提供了定量参考依据。研究发现:72所高校可分为7个层级,高校001、高校002、高校003等14所高校位列第一层级,表现最优,高校017、高校028等12所高校位居第二层级,高校020、高校022、高校054等12所高校位列第三层级,位列第四、第五层级高校数量最多,共有27所,第六、第七层级高校共有7所;根据分层结果,为各层级各类型高校寻得了合适的学习标杆,为高校发扬优势,提升办学效率,逐步进阶上一层级提供了科学的定量参考标准,为高校高质量发展指明了阶段性奋斗方向。How to find suitable learning benchmarks for universities is a problem that the relevant government departments and universities pay close attention to.From a micro perspective,based on Context-dependent Data Envelopment Analysis model,this paper studies running efficiencies of 72 universities directly under the Ministry of Education,and provides a quantitative reference for universities to find learning benchmarks.The results suggest that 72 universities can be divided into 7 levels:14 universities,including No.001,No.002 and No.003,are ranked first,performing best;12 universities,including No.017 and No.028,are in the second level;12 universities,including No.020,No.022 and No.054,are in the third level,the fourth and fifth level have the largest number of universities,amounting to 27,and there are 7 universities in the sixth and seventh level.According to the resultsof the stratification,suitable learning benchmarks are found for all types of universitiesat all levels,which provide a scientific quantitative reference standard for universities to carry forward the advantages,improve the running efficiency,gradually advance to the next level,and the results point out the stage goals for the high quality development of universities.
