摘 要:针对家蚕天然彩色茧品种"金秋×初日"在试繁育中少数蚕种场出现日系"初日"不产卵雌蛾较多影响制种系数的情况,通过试验设计探讨"初日"不产卵蛾发生的原因,发现"初日"的雌蛾成熟较为缓慢,通过增加感光和交配时长可以显著减少"初日"不产卵蛾发生频率、增加单蛾产卵量,但与不受精卵发生没有相关性。特别是感光时长增加到5 h左右可以达到良好控制"初日"不产卵蛾发生的比例,在制种时"初日"雌蛾早感光、迟交配是非常有效的技术措施。A special experiment was designed to find out why the Japanese strain“Churi”of the new color cocoon hybrid“Jinqiu×Churi”had relatively more female moths that did not lay eggs in some of the silkworm egg farms for testing egg production,which directly affect the seed production coefficient.The experimental results showed that the“Churi”female moths mature slower than most of the practical distributed silkworm varieties.The occurrence frequency of“Churi”female moths that do not lay eggs could be significantly reduced and the number of eggs laid by a single moth could be increased by increasing the duration of light exposure and mating time.But there was no correlation with the occurrence of unfertilized eggs.In particular,when the light-exposure duration is increased to about 5 hours,the proportion of“Churi”female moths that do not lay eggs can be well controlled.Early light exposure and late mating of“Churi”female moths are very effective technical measures in improving egg seed production coefficient.
