摘　　要：为揭示提前收购未化蛹茧对蚕茧质量所造成的危害,通过对浙江海宁、湖州两个庄口不同时期的蚕茧进行切剖、解舒实验,判定化蛹情况,测定茧层量、解舒性能等。研究发现:提前收取未化蛹蚕茧会导致较高的蛹体病死率,影响上车茧数量,若不及时进行烘燥处理,后期烂茧、油茧比例将会升高。未化蛹茧茧层量普遍偏少,解舒率、解舒丝长、出丝率出现较大降幅,生丝纤度无明显变化。海宁庄口采茧适期为上蔟后7 d(168 h),湖州庄口为上蔟后8 d(192 h)。未化蛹茧的茧质性能受庄口、茧季、品种等因素影响,但所受到的危害性一致,因此仍需加大对未化蛹茧的管控力度,努力提高社会共识,重点提升蚕茧生产品质。In order to reveal the damage to cocoon quality caused by the early acquisition of immature cocoons,the cocoons at different lots in Haining and Huzhou of Zhejiang Province were cut and the pupation,cocoon shell weight,reelability and so on were measured.It was found that immature cocoon would lead to higher pupal mortality and affect the number of reelable cocoons.If the cocoons were not dried in time,the proportion of decayed cocoon and oiled cocoons would increase in the later stage.The cocoon shell weight of immature cocoon is generally lower,the reelability percentage,length of non-broken cocoon filament and raw silk percentage of cocoon decrease greatly,and the raw silk fineness has no obvious change.The suitable cocoon collecting time was 7 days(168 h)after mounting in Haining lot and 8 days(192 h)in Huzhou lot.The cocoon quality and performance of immature cocoons are affected by lot,silkworm rearing season and variety,and other factors,but the harm is consistent.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the control of immature cocoons,strive to improve social consensus,and focus on improving cocoon production quality.
