摘  要:为解决超声波检测钢板剪力墙空洞缺陷判断准确性的问题,在现有《超声法检测混凝土技术规程》(CECS 21∶2000)中概率法判断钢管混凝土缺陷的基础上,采用超声对测法通过KON-NM-4A非金属超声波检测仪和50kHz超声波换能器,对钢板剪力墙空洞缺陷进行检测。并采用概率法、波列、波形、频谱分析及空洞尺寸估算法从不同角度分析判断钢板剪力墙内空洞缺陷的位置、尺寸,最后尝试通过软件Surfer将概率法分析的缺陷位置直观表示。结果表明,采用概率法可以判断截面尺寸大于90mm×90mm空洞缺陷的位置;采用波形分析法可以补充判断截面尺寸不小于60mm×60mm空洞缺陷的位置;采用Surfer软件可以对概率法分析结果直观显示。In order to solve the problem of the judgment accuracy of cavity defects of steel shear wall by ultrasonic detection, based on the probability method in the existing Technical specification for inspection of concrete defects by ultrasonic method(CECS 21∶2000)to determine the defects of concrete-filled steel tube. Ultrasonic testing method was used to detect the cavity defects of the steel plate shear wall through the KON-NM-4 A non-metal ultrasonic detector and 50 kHz ultrasonic transducer. Probability method, wave train, waveform, frequency spectrum analysis, and cavity size estimation methods were used to analyze and judge the location and size of cavity defects in steel plate shear wall from different angles. Finally, the software Surfer was used to visually indicate the position of the defect analyzed by the probability method. The results show that the position of cavity defect with cross-section size greater than 90 mm×90 mm can be judged by probability method, and it can be added to judge the position of cavity defect with cross-section size not less than 60 mm×60 mm by waveform analysis method. The analysis results of the probability method could be visually displayed by software Surfer.
