摘　　要：性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)是一种由肝细胞合成、与类固醇激素具有高亲和力的糖蛋白,SHBG可调节体内性激素的浓度并影响其活性。临床上通过分析IVF-ET促排卵过程中患者血清SHBG水平与硫酸脱氢表雄酮(DHEA-S)、抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、体质量指数(BMI)、总睾酮(T)等的相关性,为疾病预测、临床诊断、治疗方案制定及疗效评估等提供参考。目前研究发现,SHBG与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)、胰岛素抵抗、内分泌代谢疾病、糖脂代谢紊乱严重程度、男性生育力、与性激素相关的多种疾病都有很强的相关性。因此,本文就SHBG在生殖医学中的最新研究进展进行综述。Sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG)is a kind of glycoprotein synthesized by liver cells and has a high affinity with steroid hormones.SHBG can regulate the concentration of sex hormones in vivo and affect their bioavailability.In clinical practice,the correlations between serum SHBG level and dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate(DHEA-S),anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),body mass index(BMI)and total testosterone(T)during ovulation induction of IVF-ET were analyzed to provide reference for disease prediction,clinical diagnosis,treatment plan formulation and therapeutic effect evaluation.At present,studies have found that SHBG is strongly correlated with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),insulin resistance,endocrine and metabolic diseases,severity of glucose and lipid metabolism disorders,male fertility and a variety of diseases related to sex hormones.This paper reviewed the latest research progress of SHBG in the above diseases.
