摘  要:为了研究不同二次风挡板开度对超临界四角切圆锅炉炉内燃烧特性及NO;生成量的影响,应用Fluent软件对四角切圆锅炉的燃烧特性进行了数值模拟,通过改变二次风量对过量空气系数α进行调整,得到了4种不同α值时炉内的煤粉颗粒轨迹、温度场及NO;浓度场。通过模拟结果表明,炉内燃烧温度随着α值的增大呈先升高后下降趋势,过量空气系数过大时会降低炉内的整体燃烧温度,且炉内NO;生成量增大。通过对比分析,得出特定负荷下不同氧量对锅炉燃烧特性的影响以及适合锅炉燃烧的最佳工况。In order to study the effect of different secondary air damper opening on combustion characteristics and NO;production in supercritical tangentially fired boiler, the combustion characteristics of tangentially fired boiler are simulated by fluent. The excess air coefficient is affected by changing the secondary air volume α. After adjustment, four different results were obtained α Pulverized coal particle trajectory, temperature field and NO;concentration field in the furnace when the value is. The simulation results show that the combustion temperature in the furnace increases firstly and then decreases with α value increases. Through comparative analysis, the influence of different oxygen on boiler combustion characteristics under specific load and the best working condition suitable for boiler combustion are obtained.
