摘 要:流动加速腐蚀(FAC)是核电站二回路碳钢管道的主要腐蚀方式之一,汽水分离再热器系统(GSS)又是最易发生FAC的系统之一。通过对FAC的机理、行为和关键影响因素的阐述,指出预防FAC的根本措施是控制管道铬(Cr)含量。通过对比、分析国内1 000 MW及以上等级核电站GSS系统配置,给出了GSS系统管道选材的要点和推荐方案,并概述了20号控铬钢管的国产化情况。Flow accelerated corrosion(FAC) is the main causation of carbon steel piping degrading in the secondary loop of nuclear power plant, while the Moisture Separator Reheater System(GSS) is one of the most susceptible system to FAC. The mechanism, corrosion behavior and dominant factors to FAC are illustrated. The root measure of preventing FAC is pointed out, which is controlling the quantity of Cr. By comparing and analyzing domestic over 1000 MW grade nuclear power plant GSS system configuration, the key point and recommended scheme of GSS system piping selecting is given. The localization of steel 20 with Cr quantity controlled is outlined.
