电厂给水泵汽轮机长排汽管道的设计分析

摘　　要：分析介绍了电厂给水泵汽轮机长排汽管道的设计。排汽管道是连接给水泵汽轮机低压缸与凝汽器之间的一个连接设备,以某电动给水泵改汽动给水泵项目为例,经过计算,确定了排汽管道走向、支吊架与补偿器位置等,形成了排汽管道的设计与加工图纸。最终运行结果表明排汽管道良好的功能与性能,为同类产品的设计提供了一定借鉴意义。The paper analyzes and introduces the design of long exhaust pipe of the feed water pump turbine in power plant. The exhaust pipe is a device which connecting the low-pressure cylinder of the feed water pump turbine and the condenser, a project of changing an electric feed water pump to a steam feed water pump as an example, after repeated calculation, the layout of exhaust pipe, the position of supports and hangers and compensators are finally determined, and forms the design and processing drawings of the exhaust pipe. The final operation results also show that the exhaust pipe has good function and performance, which provides a certain reference for the design of similar products.
