摘  要:采用理论分析与数值验证相结合的方法,研究一氧化碳、空气、二氧化碳、氦气和氩气等工质的物性对于亚音速轴流压气机转子性能的影响.首先,通过理论分析明确了马赫数、雷诺数及比热比是影响压气机转子性能的物性因素;然后,建立亚音速压气机转子失速边界流量与工质物性之间的数学关系;最后,采用数值模拟方法对理论分析结果进行验证.结果表明,采用方程获得的失速边界预测值与数值结果相比,误差小于5%.The effects of physical properties of working fluids such as carbon monoxide,air,carbon dioxide,helium and argon on the performance of subsonic axial compressor rotor were studied by combining theoretical analysis and numerical verification.Firstly,through theoretical analysis,it is clear that Mach number,Reynolds number and specific heat ratio were the physical factors affecting the performance of compressor rotor.Then,the mathematical relationship between the stall boundary flow and the physical properties of the working medium was established.Finally,the theoretical analysis results were verified by numerical simulation.The results show that the error of the stall boundary prediction obtained by the equation is less than 5%compared with the numerical results.
