摘 要:为了改善因变电站系统充放电转速忽高忽低导致的五防闭锁系统失控的问题,提出基于改进PSO的智能变电站五防闭锁系统优化控制方法,根据已拟定的有功潮流调度数值构建智能变电站无功优化数学模型,并在基础PSO算法内添加惯性因子与变异算子,优化其搜索精确度获得局部最优解,对智能变电站系统进行无功优化处理,通过五防闭锁系统响应充放电功率的指令值设置控制模型,添加约束项优化控制系统的反馈能量,实现五防闭锁系统优化控制。实验证明,所提方法能够使优化后的五防闭锁系统出现较强适应性,不会因为不同充放电转速,导致变电站整体性能的下滑。In order to solve the problem of out of control of five prevention locking system caused by the high and low charging and discharging speed of substation system, an optimal control method of five prevention locking system in intelligent substation based on improved PSO is proposed. According to the proposed active power flow dispatching value, the reactive power optimization mathematical model of intelligent substation is constructed, and inertia factor and mutation operator are added to the basic PSO algorithm to optimize its search precision. The control model is set by the five prevention locking system responding to the command value of charging and discharging power, and the feedback energy of the control system is optimized by adding constraints to optimize the feedback energy of the control system. The experimental results show that the proposed method can make the optimized five protection locking system have strong adaptability, and the overall performance of the substation will not decline due to different charging and discharging speeds.
