摘 要:基于常规紫外-可见光的测定光谱,提出了以Tchebichef曲线矩方法(TM)提取复杂样品中目标组分的特征信息,建立定量模型的分析新策略,应用于何首乌中5种活性目标组分的同时定量分析.建立的TM模型的预测相关系数R_(P)>0.98,分析方法的平均加标回收率为82.0%~107.2%.与传统的高效液相色谱定量分析结果相比, TM模型具有简便、快捷的优势;与常见的多元曲线分辨-交替最小二乘法、偏最小二乘法、主成分分析法等化学计量学方法相比,得到的结果更加准确、可靠,证明该模型具有更高的抗干扰能力.Based on conventional UV-Vis spectra, a new analytical strategy was presented, in which the feature information of target components in complex samples was extracted by the Tchebichef curve moment(TM) method to establish quantitative models. The proposed approach was applied to a simultaneous quantitative analysis of five active target components in the Chinese herbal medicine Polygonum multiflorum samples. The prediction correlation coefficients(more than 0.98) and average spiked recovery(82.0%-107.2%) of the obtained TM models were within reasonable limits. Compared with the traditional HPLC-DAD, the proposed method had the advantages of being simple and speedy;compared with common multivariate curve resolutionalternating least squares, partial least squares, principal component analysis, and other chemometric methods, TM approach could obtain the more accurate and reliable results, indicating a higher anti-interference ability.
