王素梅教授治疗小儿自闭症经验撷析

摘　　要：总结分析王素梅教授治疗小儿自闭症的临床经验。王教授治疗小儿自闭症强调从脏腑辨证,认为本病与脾、肾两脏密切相关,病机有虚实之分,虚则脾肾亏虚、脑髓失养,实则痰热扰心、神明蒙蔽;治疗上以补肾填精、益智通络为主,配合健脾扶阳、化痰开窍,并且独创附桂益智汤和礞石定志汤治疗小儿自闭症,取得了显著的疗效。附典型病案1则以验证。This paper summarizes and analyses professor WANG Sumei’s clinical experience in the treatment of children with autism.With the emphasizes on syndrome differentiation of viscera for treatment of this disease,she holds that it is closely related to the spleen and kidney,and the pathogenesis consists of deficiency and excess.Deficiency is marked by the spleen and kidney deficiency as well as loss of nourishment in brain marrow,while excess is marked by phlegm-heat disturbing heart and blockage of mind.Her treatment for it focuses on reinforcing kidney to replenish essence and promoting intelligence to dredge collaterals,cooperated with invigorating spleen to strengthen yang and resolving phlegm to open orifices,in addition to the original use of Fugui Yizhi Tang(附桂益智汤)and Mengshi Dingzhi Tang(礞石定志汤),whereby achieving marked curative effects.One typical case is attached for verification.
