摘  要:目的建立红花植株的管状花(药用部位)、种子及栽培土壤中重金属元素含量的测定方法。方法采用电感耦合等离子体-质谱(ICP-MS)法对不同产地红花植株的管状花、种子及栽培土壤中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)等5种重金属元素进行含量测定,探究各部位、各元素间的相关性。结果不同产地红花栽培土壤中Cd元素存在超标现象,其他元素未超标,除1产地的管状花Cu元素略有超标外,其余管状花、种子重金属含量均未超标。Cd元素在栽培土壤与种子间存在显著相关性(P<0.05),栽培土壤与花、花与种子间存在极显著相关性(P<0.01);Cu元素在栽培土壤与种子间存在显著相关性(P<0.05);Hg元素在栽培土壤与种子间存在显著相关性(P<0.05);栽培土壤中Cd与Pb、Cu与Hg 2组元素存在极显著相关性(P<0.01),其他红花植株部位各重金属元素间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论红花植株的管状花及种子的重金属含量大多数处于安全范围,但其栽培土壤中重金属含量存在不同程度的差异,有污染情况,栽培土壤中重金属元素超标现象值得关注。Objective To establish the determination method of heavy metal content of tubiform floret(medicinal part),seeds and cultivated soil of the plant Carthami flos.Methods The content of 5 heavy metals including plumbum(Pb),cadmium(Cd),cuprum(Cu),arsenic(As)and mercury(Hg)in tubiform floret,seeds and cultivated soil of the plant Carthami flos from different producing areas was determined by inductively coupled plasmamass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and the correlation between various parts and elements was explored.Results Cd element in cultivated soil of Carthami flos from different producing areas exceeded the standard,but other elements did not exceed the standard.Except that Cu element in tubiform floret from 1 producing area slightly exceeded the standard,the content of heavy metals in the remaining tubiform floret and seeds did not exceed the stan dard.There was significant correlation in Cd element between in soil and seeds(P<0.05),and there was extremely significant correlation in Cd element between in soil and floret,between in floret and seeds(P<0.01).There was significant correlation in Cu element between in soil and seeds(P<0.05).There was significant correlation in Hg element between in soil and seeds(P<0.05).There was significant correlation in 2 groups of elements between Cd and Pb,Cu and Hg in soil(P<0.01),but no correlation among each heavy metals in other parts of the plant Carthami flos(P>0.05).Conclusion The content of heavy metals in the great majority of tubiform floret and seeds of the plant Carthami flos are in safe range,but that in the cultivated soil thereof varies in different degrees,and there is pollution.It is worth paying attention to the phenomenon of heavy metals exceeding the standard in the soil.
