中医综合疗法治疗外阴白斑43例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医综合疗法治疗外阴白斑的临床疗效。方法将86例外阴白斑患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各43例。治疗组采用舒肤洗剂局部熏洗、白斑膏外涂、波姆光照射及中药口服的中医综合疗法治疗,对照组采用常规西医综合疗法治疗,2组均予妇产科常规护理,10 d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后比较2组的临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率为76.74%(33/43),治疗组为95.35%(41/43),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医综合疗法治疗外阴白斑临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状,疗效优于西医综合疗法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM comprehensive therapy for vulvae leukoplakia.Methods Eighty-six cases of vulvae leukoplakia were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The treatment group was given TCM comprehensive therapy including local fumigation and washing with Shufu Xiji(舒肤洗剂),smearing Baiban Gao(白斑膏),bohm light irradiation and oral administration of Chinese materia medica(CMM),while the control group was given routine Western medicine comprehensive therapy.The 2 groups were both given routine nursing of department of obstetrics and gynecology,10 days constituted 1 course of treatment.We compared the clinical efficacy between the 2 groups after 1 course of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 76.74%(33/43),that of the treatment group was 95.35%(41/43),and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It has marked clinical efficacy,can markedly alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients with efficacy superior to that of Western medicine comprehensive therapy to use TCM comprehensive therapy for vulvae leukoplakia,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
