摘  要:针对目前储能集装箱电池仓电池组工作温度过高及温度一致性不足的问题,通过建立合适的散热系统来维持电池组最佳工作范围以及提高其温度一致性。基于Fluent软件搭建模型,在针对储能集装箱尤其是其电池仓部分的散热系统进行仿真模拟研究的基础上,对储能集装箱安全性及高适应性进行了分析。采用双向风冷作为散热方式,通过温场、流场分析散热系统对电池仓温度控制及温度一致性的优化作用,验证了方案的有效性及双向风冷系统对于储能集装箱散热的优越性。In order to solve the problems of high working temperature and insufficient temperature consistency of battery pack in energy storage container,a proper heat dissipation system is established to maintain the best working range of battery pack and improve its temperature consistency.Based on Fluent software,a model for the heat dissipation system of the energy storage container especially its battery compartment,is built,the safety and high adaptability of the energy storage container are analyzed.Through the analysis of temperature field and flow field,the two-way air cooling system is used to optimize the temperature control and temperature consistency of the battery compartment,which verifies the effectiveness of the scheme and the superiority of the two-way air cooling system for the heat dissipation of the energy storage container.
