摘　　要：针对井窖式烟草移栽人工栽植劳动强度较大、现有机械化装备作业效率和可靠性不高等问题,结合“井窖式烟草移栽技术”提出的农艺要求,设计一种用于井窖式烟草移栽的专用移栽机。在确定整机的结构和工作原理的基础上,对成穴移栽注水机构和栽植器进行设计,建立成穴移栽注水机构的运动学模型,以此建立其人机交互辅助界面,通过人机交互的方式获取成穴移栽注水机构的最佳参数组合。建立栽植器的数学模型,获取其最优结构和工作参数。在此基础上,研制了井窖式烟草移栽机样机,并进行了田间试验。试验结果表明,株距变异系数为7.1%,栽植深度合格率为94.6%,满足井窖式烟草移栽的农艺要求和作业质量要求。Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity of well cellar type tobacco transplanting and low efficiency and reliability of existing mechanized equipment,combined with the agronomic requirements of"well cellar type tobacco transplanting technology",a special transplanter for well cellar type tobacco transplanting was designed.Through the design of water injection mechanism and planter,the kinematics model of water injection mechanism was established,and the human-computer interaction interface was established to obtain the best parameter combination of water injection mechanism;The mathematical model of the planter was established to obtain its optimal structure and working parameters.On this basis,the prototype of well cellar type tobacco transplanter was developed and field experiments were carried out.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of plant spacing was 7.1%,and the qualified rate of planting depth was 94.6%,which met the agronomic requirements and operation quality requirements of well cellar type tobacco transplanter.
