摘 要:以汽车内饰件为研究对象,设计合适的浇注系统和冷却系统,优化模具温度、熔胶温度、注塑时间、注射压力、保压压力、保压时间等工艺参数。利用Moldflow和正交试验法,通过模拟实验得出不同工艺参数组合下的翘曲变形量。通过均值分析和极差分析研究各个工艺参数对翘曲变形量的影响,得到一组较为理想的工艺参数组合,使得翘曲变形量得到优化。Taking automotive interior parts as the research object,design suitable gating system and cooling system,optimize mold temperature,melt temperature,injection time,injection pressure,holding pressure,holding time and other process parameters.Using Moldflow and orthogonal experiment method,through simulation experiment,the warpage deformation under different combination of process parameters was obtained.Through the mean value analysis and range analysis,the influence of each process parameter on the warpage deformation was studied,and a set of relatively ideal combination of process parameters was obtained,so that the warpage deformation was optimized.
