摘　　要：针对定日镜清洗过程中引起的镜面振动问题,本文提出了一套对定日镜清洗过程中镜面状态进行仿真的方案,以实际清洗过程中定日镜的受力状态为依据,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench中的模态分析法和瞬态动力学仿真模块,对定日镜清洗过程中其镜面在受力状态下的变形量进行了仿真计算。Aiming at the mirror vibration problem caused by the cleaning process of heliostats,this paper proposes a set of simulation schemes for the cleaning process of heliostats.Based on the force state of the heliostats in the actual cleaning process,the modal analysis method and transient dynamics simulation module in finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench are used to simulate and calculate the deformation of the mirror under force during the cleaning process of the heliostat.
