摘　　要：总结可重复使用医用防护服面料的性能要求和研究现状。介绍了可重复使用医用防护服相关标准与性能要求。分析了可重复使用医用防护服的研究现状,包括传统机织物、高密机织物、涂层织物以及层压复合织物等。指出:基于聚四氟乙烯微孔膜和聚四氟乙烯复合膜制备的可重复使用医用防护服面料阻隔性能良好,并兼具一定的透湿性能,但热湿舒适性仍不能满足高强度医护工作的需要。认为:可重复使用医用防护服的关键制备技术在于阻隔膜的选用和复合工艺的优化。Property requirement and study status of reusable medical protective fabric were summarized.Related standards and property requirement of reusable medical protective clothing were introduced.Study status of reusable medical protective clothing were analyzed including traditional woven fabric,high density woven fabric,coated fabric and laminated composite fabric and so on.It was pointed out that the barrier property of reusable medical protective fabric based on polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane and polytetrafluoroethylene composite membrane was better,certain moisture penetrability was combined.But the thermal-moist comfort could not meet the requirement of high strength medical care.It is considered that the key production technology of reusable medical protective clothing is the selection of barrier membrane and the optimization of composite technology.
