摘  要:探讨适用于喷气涡流纺粘胶纱线的理想几何模型。采用试验检测以及数据综合分析的方法对不同长度、不同细度的粘胶纤维纺出喷气涡流纺纱线进行分析,对纱线测试结果进行灰色近优综合判定并进行验证,建立了纤维长度、纤维细度、成纱强度与纱线灰白度之间的模型公式。认为:在本试验的研究范围内,计算所建立的基于喷气涡流纺的粘胶纤维理想规格为38 mm×1.55 dtex。Ideal geometric models suitable for air-jet vortex spun viscose fiber were discussed.Air-jet vortex spun yarn of viscose fiber with different length and fineness were analyzed by the method of testing and comprehensive data analysis.Grey near optimal comprehensive judgment and verification were performed for the yarn testing results.The model formula among fiber length,fiber fineness,yarn strength and yarn grey degree were established.It is considered that the ideal specification of viscose fiber based on air-jet vortex spinning is 38 mm×1.55 dtex in the experimental study scope.
