摘 要:为简化超疏水纯棉织物制备工艺步骤及条件,从仿生结构理论出发,采用水热一步法完成纤维表面粗糙结构构造及低表面能修饰。探讨了不同含量钛酸四丁酯前驱体及辛基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂混合物对棉织物结构性能的影响,优化了工艺参数。测试了改性前后棉织物的微观形貌、X射线衍射图谱、水接触角、透湿性、透气性、耐久性。结果显示:钛酸四丁酯及辛基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂质量分数分别为0.4%和1%时,水接触角可达158°;纳米TiO_(2)颗粒均匀覆盖在纤维表面,棉织物超疏水整理效果较好,且耐久性好。认为:优化后的一步法超疏水整理工艺简单快捷,经济环保,对纯棉织物的超疏水整理效果良好。In order to simplify preparation process and condition of superhydrophobic pure cotton fabric,starting from theory of bionic structure,one-step hydrothermal method was used to complete fiber surface rough structure and low surface energy modification.Influence of different content tetrabutyl titanate precursor and octyltrimethoxysilane coupling agent mixture on structure and properties of cotton fabric were discussed and process parameters were optimized.Micro morphology,X-ray diffraction pattern,water contact angle,moisture permeability,air permeability and durability of the cotton fabric before and after modification were tested.The results showed that when mass fractions of tetrabutyl titanate and octyltrimethoxysilane coupling agent were 0.4%and 1%respectively,water contact angle could be reached 158°,TiO_(2) nanoparticles were uniformly covered on fiber surface,superhydrophobic effect of cotton fabric was better and the durability was better.It is considered that the optimized one-step superhydrophobic finishing process is simple,fast,economical and environmentally friendly,which has better superhydrophobic finishing effect on pure cotton fabric.
