摘 要:研究基于超滑表面设计的复合棉织物性能。以棉织物为基材,分别采用N-甲基吡咯及碘掺杂法和甲基橙软膜板法,在棉织物上形成聚吡咯粗糙表面,然后浸入全氟奈烷润滑油形成超滑表面。对聚吡咯疏水表面及超滑表面的K/S值、微观形貌、接触角、方阻、抗黏连性等进行了测试。结果表明:超滑处理对织物表面微观形貌没有明显影响;两种方法制备的复合棉织物具有类似的增重率和疏水性能,接触角均在134°以上;超滑处理使织物导电性和织物的抗黏连性明显提高。认为:超滑处理后的织物具有良好的疏水性、导电性和抗黏连性。Properties of composite cotton fabric based on slippery surface design were studied.Cotton fabric was used as base material,N-methylpyrrole&iodine doping method and methyl orange soft film method were separately used to form polypyrrole rough surface on the cotton fabric,then the fabric was immersed in perfluoronaphthane lubricating oil to form slippery surface.K/S value,micro morphology,contact angle,square resistance and block resistance of polypyrrole hydrophobic surface and slippery surface were tested.The results showed that slippery treatment had no obvious effect on micro morphology of fabric surface.Composite cotton fabrics prepared by the two methods had similar weight gain rate and hydrophobic property,the contact angles were all above 134°.Conductivity and block resistance of the fabric were obviously improved through slippery treatment.It is considered that the fabric after slippery treatment had better hydrophobicity,conductivity and block resistance.
