摘  要:探讨一种含银非织造布与普通混和棉卷同时喂入梳棉机生产抗菌纱的纺纱技术。介绍了海洋胶原氨基酸纤维、竹浆纤维和含银非织造布的性能,通过改造纺纱设备在梳棉工序实现双棉卷喂入,解决超小比例纤维混和不匀的技术难题;并条工序采用三道并合工艺,且末道选用自调匀整并条机,保证混和均匀的同时精准控制并条重量偏差;通过优化胶辊处理方法,解决了纺纱过程中的胶辊缠绕问题,最终开发出符合质量要求的海洋胶原氨基酸纤维/竹浆纤维/含银纤维48/48/414.8 tex赛络集聚纱。认为:采用该纺纱技术生产的纱线产品具有较好的抗菌效果。One spinning technology which silver-containing non-woven fabrics and ordinary blended cotton lap were fed into carding machine at the same time to produce antibacterial yarns was discussed.Properties of marine collagen amino acid fiber,bamboo fiber and silver-containing non-woven fabric were introduced.Spinning equipment was modified to realize double cotton lap feeding in carding process,which could solve technology problem of ultrasmall proportion fiber blending unevenness.Three times doubling technology was adopted in drawing process,autoleveler draw frame was adopted in final stage process to ensure blending uniform and precise control of drawing weight deviation.By optimizing rubber covered roll processing method,winding problem in the spinning process was solved.Marine collagen amino acid fiber/bamboo fiber/silver-containing fiber 48/48/414.8 tex siro condensed yarn was developted in the end.It is considered that the yarn produced by this spinning technology has better antibacterial effects.
