浅述半精纺并条工艺技术与质量控制思路

摘　　要：探讨半精纺并条工序的工艺技术和生产注意事项。通过阐述半精纺多组分纤维的纺纱性能,分析各类半精纺品种在并条工序生产中出现的难点,结合半精纺并条设备的牵伸形式,主要从工艺参数、半制品质量控制指标、须条的纤维内在结构等方面,指出半精纺并条工序在生产和管理方面的注意事项。生产实践表明:合理设置并条工艺并严格管理能够确保半精纺并条工序的正常生产,能为后部纺纱工序提供符合纺纱要求的条子。Technology and production precautions of semi-worsted drawing process were discussed.By expounding spinning property of semi-worsted multi-component fibers,difficulties of various semi-worsted variety in the drawing process were analyzed,combined with drafting form of semi-worsted drawing equipment,mainly from aspects of process parameter,semi-finished product quality control indicator and fiber internal structure of strand,precautions in the production and management of semi-worsted in drawing process were pointed out.The practical results showed that reasonable setting of drawing process and strict management could ensure normal production of semi-worsted drawing process,the sliver that meets spinning requirements for the subsequent spinning process can be provided.
