摘　　要：探讨色纺交织环保面料的生产技术。利用传统棉纺织生产系统,以涤纶粘胶莫代尔混纺色纱为经纱,转杯纺色纱和涤纶长丝为纬纱,通过改造相关设备,优选器材,合理调整工艺参数和染整关键技术,形成了从原料预处理、纺纱、织造到染整的成熟工艺技术,顺利开发出免印染环保面料。结果表明:开发的产品不仅各项性能指标优异,而且成本较低,性价比高。认为:开发的色纺交织环保面料省去染整环节,具有较好的环保特性。Production technology of colored spun interwoven environmental friendly fabric was discussed.Utilizing traditional cotton textile production system,polyester viscose Modal blended colored yarn was taken as warp,rotor spinning colored yarn and polyester filament were taken as weft,through modification of related equipment,optimizing equipment,reasonable adjustment of process parameters and key dyeing&finishing technology,mature technology from raw material pretreatment,spinning,weaving to dyeing&finishing was formed.Non-printing and dyeing environmental friendly fabric was successfully developed.The results showed that the developed product not only had excellent property indicator,but also had high cost performance.It is considered that dyeing and finishing process were omitted in the production of the developed colored spun interwoven environmental friendly fabric,the fabric has environmental protection characteristic.
