摘 要:为了降低棉纺织厂能耗费用,利用能源管理系统获取的大数据,对棉纺织厂电价形成机制中的电度电费、基本电费、功率因数调节电费的影响因素进行了分析。通过合理生产调度、改造设备和提升设备管理水平等技术管理措施,年节约电度电费43.6万元,基本电费14万元,功率因数调节电费51.2万元,合计节约电费108.8万元。认为:充分发挥能源管理系统的作用,对于降低企业能耗成本有着积极作用。In order to reduce energy consumption cost of cotton textile mill,big data obtained by energy management system was used.Influencing factors of electricity cost,basic electricity cost and power factor adjustment electricity cost in the formation mechanism of cotton textile mill electricity cost were analyzed.Through technology management measures such as reasonable production scheduling,equipment modification and improvement of equipment management level,annual electricity cost was saved 436 000 yuan,basic electricity cost was saved 140 000 yuan,power factor adjustment electricity cost was saved 512 000 yuan and total electricity cost were saved 1 088 000 yuan.It is considered that giving full play to the role of the energy management system,which has positive effect on reducing energy consumption costs of enterprise.
