丹参多酚酸盐注射液辅治对稳定性心绞痛患者心绞痛发作及心功能指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丹参多酚酸盐对稳定性心绞痛患者心功能和安全性的影响。方法选取88例稳定性心绞痛患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各44例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组加用丹参多酚酸盐治疗。比较两组心绞痛发作状况、心功能指标、血管内皮功能和不良反应状况。结果治疗后,观察组心绞痛发作频率为(1.06±0.21)次/周,少于对照组,发作时间为(2.01±0.41)min,短于对照组,均有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组左室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)、心室舒张指标E峰/A峰(E/A)为(54.69±5.18)%、(5.08±0.89)L/min、(1.18±0.21),高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组一氧化氮(NO)为(7.16±1.03)μmol/L,高于对照组,内皮素-1(ET-1)为(53.62±5.24)ng/L,低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论丹参多酚酸盐辅治可减少稳定性心绞痛患者心绞痛发作频率,缩短持续时间,改善血管内皮功能,促进心功能恢复,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effect of salvianolate on cardiac function and safety in patients with stable angina pectoris.Methods 88 patients with stable angina pectoris were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with salvianolate.Angina pectoris attack,cardiac function,vascular endothelial function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris attack in the observation group was(1.06±0.21)times/week,which was less than that of the control group,and the attack time was(2.01±0.41)min,which was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac output(CO),E peak/A peak(E/A)of ventricular diastolic index in the observation group were(54.69±5.18)%,(5.08±0.89)L/min,(1.18±0.05),which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the nitric oxide(NO)of the observation group was(7.16±1.03)μmol/L,which was higher than that of the control group,and the endothelin-1(ET-1)was(53.62±5.24)ng/L,which was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no serious adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion Salvianolate can reduce the frequency of angina pectoris in patients with stable angina pectoris,shorten the duration,improve vascular endothelial function,and promote the recovery of cardiac function,which is safe and reliable.
