摘  要:本文设计了一种基于PLC+HMI+伺服+步进组成的半定子绕线机控制系统,从硬件和软件两方面阐述了此系统对半定子绕线机进行控制的设计方法。首先介绍半定子绕线技术的发展背景,半定子绕线的原理以及现在国内外的半定子绕线机控制系统的发展现状;并介绍了基于PLC+HMI+伺服+步进组成的半定子绕线机控制系的硬件设计以及系统的软件设计,包括HMI的画面组态,最后,进行了系统的仿真和测试。结果表明,该PLC+HMI+伺服+步进组成的控制系统能够对半定子绕线机进行各种控制,并能达到提高生产率的效果,因此该基于PLC+HMI+伺服+步进组成的控制系统设计达到了设计的要求。This article is designed based on PLC+HMI+servo+step consisting of semi-stator winding machine control system,from hardware and software aspects of this system to control half of the stator winding machine design methods.First,this paper describes the development of semi-technical background of the stator winding,the stator winding of the principle of a half and now semi-domestic and international control system of stator winding current development;And the introduced based on PLC+HMI+servo+step consisting of semi-stator winding machine control system hardware design.Again,the introduction of the system software design,including the HMI screen configuration.Finally,for the system simulation and testing.The results show that the PLC+HMI+stepper servo control system composed of half-stator winding machine capable of a variety of control and increase productivity to achieve the effect,so the server-based PLC+HMI+stepper control system composed of meet the design requirements.
