摘  要:大型地震工程模拟研究要求多台造流泵同时安装,造流泵基础呈异形混凝土结构,自重大、精度高,需采用预埋支架支撑造流泵,此区域结构复杂,混凝土结构不平整。通过异形群组造流泵基础施工方法,采用分层浇筑混凝土(定型异形模板)、高精度埋件定位技术,利用定型异形模板安装、连接管拆除等手段,完成异形混凝土结构施工后,造流泵埋件定位在设计要求范围内,并保证施工质量和工期。A simultaneous installation of multiple flow pumps is required in large-scale seismic engineering simulation research facilities. Flow pump foundation, which is a special-shaped concrete structure, is characterized by great dead weight and high precision, so embedded supports are needed to support the flow generating pump. The structure in this area is complex and the concrete structure is uneven. In this paper, a construction method of building flow pump foundation through a special group is summed up with the adoption of hierarchical pouring of concrete(special-shaped template), high-precision and built-in positioning technology of embedded parts, removing methods of connecting tubes, etc. The positioning of the embedded parts of flow pump is within the design requirements and the construction quality and construction period can be guaranteed when the special-shaped concrete structure construction is completed.
