摘 要:在大型地震工程模拟研究设施项目中,因地震模拟研究的特殊性及工艺要求,混凝土结构尺寸超大,但在承受高频强震荷载作用下不得产生裂缝。按照90d强度评定作为验收依据通过有限元模拟分析变形情况,进行提前试配分析,选择膨胀剂及确保掺量等方法,在实验室检测各项指标,并进行早期足尺试验验证变形结果,以配制低收缩、低放热、低水泥用量、高工作性能的混凝土。正式实施时对温升、应变、环境温度等各指标进行全过程监测,混凝土密实且表观质量较好,达到预期效果。Due to the particularity of large-scale earthquake simulation research device, the concrete structure may be oversized. On account of the technical requirements, the concrete structure shall not produce cracks under the action of high frequency strong earthquake load. Through using the 90 d strength evaluation as the acceptance basis, finite element simulation analysis of deformation, test analysis in advance, selection of expansion agent and dosage, etc. various indicators was detected in the laboratory, deformation results were verified via early full-scale experiment, and low shrinkage, low heat release, low cement consumption with high performance concrete was configured. Temperature rise, strain, ambient temperature and other indicators were monitored during the whole process of formal implementation, and the expected results were achieved after the implementation.
